The international law firm and licensed financial services institution STILAS International Law Services, P.A. organized, negotiated and closed a direct funding package for a newly forming United Kingdom non-profit organization based in London. The successful financing by STILAS was for a land development project in cooperation with the government of the Arab Republic of Egypt, for commercial development of land, with profits to benefit the preservation and restoration of priceless historical sites.
STILAS lawyers restructured a private investment trust fund of $150 Million USD, controlled by a government sponsored national security think tank of the Russian Federation. The trust arrangement implemented by STILAS provided for 10% of the investment funds to be assigned to the benefit of the British non-profit organization for both commercial and non-commercial use in Egypt.
The $15 Million funding package arranged by STILAS was issued as a grant in perpetuity to the non-profit organization. The commercial aspects of the project in Egypt were developed for sustainability and longevity of the non-profit foundation, and non-depletion of the grant funds. The originating fund was restructured by STILAS lawyers to generate investment operations profits to compensate for the granted funds.
STILAS, led by its original founder Matthew Greene, a prominent economic security and international relations expert, structured and implemented the financial mechanisms, and developed the geopolitical positions and strategies enabling the funding, based upon aspects of governmental relations between the Russian Federation and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
